Purpose

This legal notice sets out the information required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), and governs access to and use of the website www.ingest-pro.com.

Accessing the site implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice, in the privacy policy and, as regards use of the software, in the licence terms.

Sales and invoicing

The paid plans of Ingest Pro, the Premiere and DaVinci plugins and Clock Fix Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid by card or PayPal and cancellable free of charge at any time. They are not charged directly by this site: they are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the authorised seller (Merchant of Record) and is the party that issues the invoice and settles any indirect taxes due according to the buyer's country.

Prices shown on this site are expressed in euros and include VAT. Before you confirm, the Lemon Squeezy checkout shows the tax breakdown for your country. The purchase is also governed by the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms.

Intellectual property

The contents of this site — text, images, screenshots, logos, design and code — as well as the Ingest Pro, Ingest Pro for Premiere, Ingest Pro Resolve and Clock Fix Pro programs, belong to Vadim Turkin, except for third-party elements used under their respective licences.

Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, save where the law permits it.

Liability

We aim to keep the published information current and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. The software's features, requirements and prices may change; the binding information is the one in force at the time of purchase.

This site links to third-party services (GitHub, Lemon Squeezy, Instagram). Those links are offered for information only and imply no responsibility for their content or policies.

Dispute resolution

Vadim Turkin is not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme, nor of any accredited alternative dispute resolution body. Any complaint may be addressed to support@ingest-pro.com and will be dealt with as soon as possible. Without prejudice to this, consumers may turn to the competent consumer protection authorities.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules, without prejudice to the forum that consumer protection legislation grants to consumers.
