Cancel your subscription
Every paid plan is a subscription, so it renews on its own until you cancel it. You can do that yourself, in under a minute, without writing to anyone.
How to do it
Open the billing portal
The button below opens it. It is Lemon Squeezy, who handle the payments.
Enter the email you bought with
They send you a secure sign-in link. No password to remember.
Cancel the subscription
You will see your plan and a cancel option. That is the whole thing.

Withdraw from contract here
Bought less than 14 days ago? You can withdraw from the contract and get your money back. It is not the same as cancelling: cancelling stops the renewal, withdrawing undoes the purchase.

You are not charged again
The renewal stops right away. There is no notice period and no penalty.
It keeps working until the paid period ends
You already paid for this month or this year, so the licence stays active until that date. You do not lose the time you paid for.
Nothing is deleted
Your files and the XMLs you generated are yours and live on your machine. Cancelling does not touch them.
You can come back
Subscribing again is the same two clicks as the first time.
If something does not fit
You do not remember which email you bought with, or the sign-in link does not arrive: write to support@ingest-pro.com and we will sort it out.

Clock Fix Pro Free has nothing to cancel: there is no subscription and no account.
