Technical support

If you run into any trouble with Ingest Pro, write to the address above. So that we can help you faster, please include:

• The version of Ingest Pro you are using.
• Your operating system.
• Which cameras you were working with.
• A description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.

Activation problems

If you bought a licence and have not received your key, check your spam folder first. If it still does not turn up, write to us stating the email address you used for the purchase.

Purchases and billing

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the authorised seller (Merchant of Record) and handles invoicing and any applicable taxes. For anything to do with a payment, an invoice or a refund, write to us and we will tell you how to proceed.
